Yes, Phil carries out both interior and exterior painting and decorating. Interior work includes rooms, ceilings, woodwork and skirtings. Exterior work covers painted render, masonry, timber fascias, soffits, windows and doors. Both start with proper surface preparation — the part of the job that determines how well the finish holds.
